Adjuvo has a clear approach: We provide transitional, interim, temporary or part-time operational support and management services to directors of medium-size businesses. We operate like an in-house Chief Operating Officer, assisting businesses to develop and implement operational and strategic systems and processes, all the time focusing on delivering value to clients and their customers while maximising profitability.

Adjuvo’s team uses its extensive industry knowledge, expertise and experience to help clients identify and maximise opportunities, minimise risk and exposure, and further develop their systems and operations.

Over time you may have found as a business owner you tend to work IN your business rather than ON your business. By overseeing the everyday operational activities, we can free you up to focus on what you do best.

We also have close relationships with specialist industry partners who can assist us when specialist skills are required. We act as the link, co-ordinating communication and activities between these consultants, your business and your other key advisers, such as accountants and lawyers.

Damian is also a practising lawyer and applies those skills where required, particularly in Adjuvo’s forensic accounting matters.

Damian graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Statistics.
