Like all Adjuvo processes, engaging our specialist services is designed to be collaborative, clear and uncomplicated.

Typically our team is approached by an existing client or referred to by a business’s adviser such as an accountant or lawyer. After a meeting is arranged, the initial consultation is designed to uncover current concerns, opportunities and areas within the business where they need support and strengthening.

Adjuvo’s team then looks at all aspects of the business or corporation, including employees, expenses, operations, procedures, and supply chains. A comprehensive report is subsequently provided, which outlines key findings and recommendations – all outlined in easy to digest, actionable strategies.

The final stage of engagement is focused on implementing the strategy – and optimising or transforming the business with commercial and operational solutions.
